About the event

Breathwork is a form of meditation or therapy that involves focusing on one's breathing in order to achieve various physical, mental, and emotional benefits. There are many different types of breathwork, but the basic idea is to use conscious breathing techniques to help calm the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration, and promote overall well-being. Some people also use breathwork as a way to access altered states of consciousness, explore their inner selves, or connect with spiritual or mystical experiences. There are many different styles and approaches to breathwork, Cecelia has been fully trained in ReWild breathwork and will ensure you have a safe, supported journey.
