Release & Reset Workshop

A gentle yoga flow to release from negative energies and unwind the mind. Followed by a transformative Conscious Connected Breathwork session. This session will allow you to let go of the heaviness from last season & flow gently into a new season.

What to bring: Yoga/exercise mat, blanket, cushion, eye pillow (optional) water & an open mind.
